With a growing customer base, we are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and help expand our market reach.

Your Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to grow our business. You will lead a team of sales representatives, ensure excellent customer service, and work closely with our production and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify market trends and business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns
Prepare reports and analyze sales performance
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, retail, or related industries
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused with a passion for high-quality products
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Experience in B2B and B2C sales is a plus
